    Need help with editing .MOv files when i go to add and merge menu, i select a .mov file, but i cant seem to play it at all, so i cant join the .mov files.... do i need to convert them to .mpegs first? i can convert them right?

    I am not aware of a tool that can join mov files. You can convert mov to mpeg and then join them. You will however need the QuickTime plugin for TMPGEnc to convert mov to mpg(check out the software download section of www.doom9.org for a file qtmov.zip)

    I downloaded it and installed it, but when I try to preview or convert movies, I can do the first couple of frames then I get an error that reads ***Illegal Floating Decimal Error*** or something like that... any clue/help i can get? thanks
