I am sick of looking at a bunch of DVDs sitting on my shelf! I went out and got a 1 TB drive and want to back up all my DVDs to my PC so I can play them from there.
I know I can back everything up as a DVD (Video_ts foler) and I kow how to play those. My question is... Is there another format I could use to save the DVDs? I want to be able to use the DVD menu (i.e. play the extras, etc.), and I would like the best quality possible. I assume that keeping them in the DVD format is going to be my best option, but am wondering if there are any alternatives.
Thanks for the help!

1 option would be Save them as an iso and mount the iso with demon tools
That would also give you a way to burn it in case the original goes bad or comes up missing
