    Hello
I have bought a lcd tv samsung model number le32s81.On any signal that i put on,doesnt matter that its dvd,hd movies or normal signal tv cable i see some blue shadows or artifacts in some moments(maybee just on my ps3 games i havent got this or i dont observed yet). This things apear when the contrast of the tv is set on maximum range. If i lower it to let say 75% i dont see this blue things anymore. The blue thing shows more frequent on the right side of the tv,and its seems like they are reflected outside from a portion of an image that have something bright in it.Like youll see in the picture, blue things come from the light that come through the window, like some refections.Excuse my english, its not my mother language and i dont know how to make my self understood. But maybe the picture will explain more. Thanks for the answers in advance.

If all inputs do this you have a defective TV. Return it.

  3. It looks like the flourescent backlights are visible, take the tv in for repair because the LCD screen is defective.
Setting the backlight to high(or normal) is not good because it wastes electricity and shortens the life of the backlight, use a calibration DVD to set your tv properly.

The calibration tools/DVDs would be AVIA or Video Home Essentials. It will help with adjusting your brightness/contrast and colors. It won't help with hardware issues like you appear to be having.
