    I found a web hosting company that offers free accounts with unlimited space and bandwidth.

    Problem - files are limited to 512k!

    Is there any way to split my video files for playback online so that each segment loads the next?

    Unlimited bandwidth = Crap. They will just shut you down without any explanation if you have "too high" bandwidth.

    I think you can use a flash player to play flash video segments.
