Hello all,
I captured a footage dv source and it got some grainy vertical lines in some parts of it for few seconds because the capture was from remote wireless cam and transmission was weak. What is the best filter to use to enhance quality?
I have adobe premiere, ulead and power director but can’t figure out which filters to apply
Attached is a sample shot
Thanks for any help

I doubt any filter will fix that. About all I can suggest is to blur it if you can't cut it out. Or substitute a still picture if the audio track is still good. About all I can suggest is to blur it if you can't cut it out. Or substitute a still picture if the audio track is still good.
