    Hello,

Ok, I'm sure this is addressed already, but I can't find the link...seriously I did search!!!

How can I capture about a 15 second clip from a DVD? I want the audio and video and save them in any basic format recognized by Windows/MS Office PowerPoint.

When I try to capture using Premiere Elements on my 32-bit box I always get some file corrupt incomplete message. I tried to copy the Video_TS folder to my desktop and then capturing but I think my computer almost burst into flames and I wondered if the audio would be captured in my clip?

    Thanks,
    D

    You can use VobBlanker.
Load your DVD in and see what cell or part of DVD you would like to extract. Than you can rename extension to *.mpg and use it in you process. VOB is an mpeg2 file after all.
