    I am using SUPER to convert rm. I tried to convet to wmv, flv and avi. But when I view the output video, the video quality looks SO bad, more worst than the original video quality even if I change to higher bitrate .

    You will want to keep the same resolution and the same or higher bitrate. There will be some quality loss. Any and every conversion reduces quality. Aside from that, it is likely an issue with the tool being used.
