Hello,
I've tried exporting to DVD and to MPEG and am getting these lines when there is fast motion as in this shot. My source is video captured from my Panasonic PV-GS320 via PE3.
Any idea what is causing this and how to get rid of it? Thanks!

that's normal interlacing not seen on tv's
just another reason why a tv monitor is needed when editing
you can check for color correction, field order, etc... -
That's the finished file, not a capture of the edit screen. Still the case?

As said this is what interlace video looks like on a progressive computer monitor. You are seeing two fields as a frame. It will look normal on a TV. On a computer you would use a deinterlacing player like PowerDVD or VLC. Progressive HDTV sets have internal hardware deinterlacers.Originally Posted by Captain SatelliteRecommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
