how to add non-video files to a video dvd

I was able to add a folder of jpegs (readable on dvd rom, ignored by dvd player) to a movie dvd once before - I think I used Nero Vision Express, but I only have Nero Express loaded now. Is there other software that will allow me to do this, like Imgburn?

Though I haven't tried it, ImgBurn should work if you use 'Build' mode and add the VIDEO_TS folder and your other folder or files. Make sure the size of both files combined doesn't exceed the space on the DVD.

It works with IMGBurn and Nero Burning ROM.
I've used both.

Before starting this thread I tried Nero Burning Rom, but didn't figure it out. I did get Imgburn to work, so all's well.
