    I've been using AutoGK to make DIVX's,but I'm running into an error. AutoGK finishes the Demuxing and Indexing stage,but as as it starts the commpression check I get a Virtual Dub error "Video compression Error. The source image is not acceptable (error code-2). I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but the error persists.

    See if there's anything in this thread that might help you, particularly Telemachus' comments on the first page. It's an old one, but still useful. But the AviSynth, AutoGK, and GKnot versions mentioned are way obsolete now:

    Thanks,that link pointed me in the wright direction. The registry change didn't work for me,but I now knew the problem was caused by the xvid codec included with AutoGK. I reinstalled AutoGK without it's xvid codec and it now works with DIVX.
