Is it possible to overlay text over a video, so that when I encode the final video has the text over it. (Example: I want to put a website down in the corner of a video). Is there a 3rd party filter I can download that will allow me to do that, or is there an option in Xpress that lets me do it, that I'm just missing. Thanks in advance![]()

You could do it with a VirtualDub filter then frameserve it out to TMPGEnc...I'm assuming Express can accept a frameserve from VDub.
You'll need to make a jpeg (or bitmap) image of the text(experiment with the size of the image) then insert it and position it in VDub's logo filter.
That's how I have done it in the past.
