MP3 to Real Audio help..

Would like to find the following software to convert from MP3 to Real Audio. The file is to be use on MS Frontpage project. Can anyone help me ? Thank you.

Easy RealMedia Producer (free)

It's normally meant for video files, but you can do just audio too.

You can change the settings for bitrate quality, RV8, RV10 etc...

RealProducer Basic is free too, but I don't know how much
overbloating has been added to it since 2001

RV10, in my opinion, is really good for decent quality at very low bitrates (500-700kb/s). Maybe only slightly worse than h.264, but better than XviD/DivX. It's used for (you guessed it) file sharing of TV shows, anime etc... RV10 is actually very similar to h.264

But I don't know why they just switch to h.264?
