    I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW HOW DO I WATCH THE RIPPED MOVIE FROM THE HARD DRIVE IF POSSIBLE

    You cn use VLC Media Player and open the video_ts folder(the folder with vob,ifo and bup files).

    iTunes doesn't burn movies, just audio (music, audio books...)

    If you have the VIDEO_TS folder now on your hard drive (which you used MtR to do), it's now time to find an app that will burn a DVD as "UDF" format. The VIDEO_TS folder should appear in the root level of that disc.

    Toast will burn UDF. ffmpegX will take a VIDEO_TS folder and create a disc image from it that you may burn using Disk Utility.
