    I wish to convert an AVI file to VOB/BUP/IFO (DVD) format. The AVI was originally converted FROM DVD.

    The exact details of the AVI are shown below.
    Which application should I use and which settings should I use in order to make the best conversion as possible?

    Use FAVC together with HCENC. Burn the VIDEO_TS folder with Imgburn. They are all free and hcenc is a very good converter.
