    Hello,

    I am using ffmpegX 0.0.9x (0.0.9y) and I've a problem with a *.mov-video.
I want to vonvert it to a DVD (ffmpeg). The outputfile is always only a empty video.
It has the correct time, only a white image and no sound.

    Can you help me? Thanks,
    Tim

How can I export the whole information of the *.mov video to post it here for you?

    1. What does the left side of ffmpegX Summary say about the .mov file (From/Video/Audio) ?

    2. After a (failed) conversion, you can click the blue "i" () in the ffmpegX Progress window to access the Process Information log. If you post that information here, we may have a better clue on what went wrong.

Perhaps nothing is wrong with your output file, if you experience this in QuickTime Player. (QuickTime Player won't play AC3 audio in MPEG-2 files. QuickTime Player won't play MPEG-2 video without the $20 MPEG-2 Playback Component.)

Try playing your VIDEO_TS folder in Apple DVD Player. Try playing your .mpg file or VIDEO_TS folder in VLC. (You may drag-and-drop a VIDEO_TS folder to the application icon.)

I tried to play the *.mpv file with VLC. Normally it works.
I have not waited till the decoding was finished. Now I am waiting to see the error. Its a big video and it will take a lot of time.
