    Hello!
    do you mean a text (.txt) file?

    In DVD Studio Pro, you just need to go to the track you want
    to insert the text file on, turn on the subtitle track,
    and option click ( right click if you have a two button mouse)
    and select "Import Subtitle text".

    Beware though, the subtitle text has to be formatted with DVD SP commands.
    IF it isn't, you will need to run it through titlelab
    or subtitler ( or even perhaps Jubler) and then save it out as
    a .STL file and import it in that way to the subtile track.
