Is there a software to mux 1 video file with 2 audio files and allow to switch between these 2 audio files? Thanks for all responses very much.

That depends on the player, not on the muxer.

For AVIs and MKVs: AVI-Mux GUI

For MKVs: MKVmerge

For MP4: various choices

Thanks for the quick response. the video format is mpeg, one audio file is mpeg and the second is wav. can you name a few softwares. Thank you.

ImagoMPEG-Muxer : accepts only mp* and ac3 audio.
TMPGEnc Plus : accepts mp*, ac3, and 48Khz WAVs.
