im' using powerVCR.. and it has the annoying feature of splitting up captures into 600meg mpg files.. anyway i've got an hour of video in 4 files.. totaling about 2gigs.. but when i use tmpgenc to join them (mpg2 clips) it stops at 1.3 gigs.. i'm runnign winxp and this is on a fat32 partition.
