Hello all

I've done a forum search, and read everything that came up on
the subject of overburning. And ladies and gentlemen its never
made clear exactly what to do.

Like the majority of you, I'm using Nero (v5.5.6.4). I'm trying to
burn a 779MB MPG movie file. Now I know what your first thought
will be, convert the MPG file to VCD and burn it that way. Well, I
found out a month ago through this Web site, that my DVD player
isn't compatible with the VCD format, so that's not an option.

I've gone through Nero's settings with a fine-tooth-comb, and
followed the suggestions offered by the forum:

File---->Preferences----> check the box to allow overburning.
Set Maxium CD Length by checking your medium with CDSpeed
(mine shows a little over 89min).

Format=Mode 1

Write Method=Disc-At-Once

And everythime Nero spits out the CD and displays a window,
"There is not enough space to burn this compilation onto this
medium. Please insert another medium that provides more
space."

Does the forum offer a definitive walkthru that'll help newbies
with overburning?
