Pardon me if this is the wrong forum. Please relocate as desired.

I have created a standard quicktime movie, then used some psd text overlays that I copy/pasted onto the movie (within Quicktime Pro) and saved the QT movie self-contained and it works great. Alpha channels, etc. Looks exactly the way I want it in QT. Inspection of the movie containers shows it has 1 audio track and 2x video tracks - one one video track is the original movie (shows animation code), the 2nd video track is the overlaid stuff (listed as Planar RGB). I am trying to convert it to FLV using either ffmpeg or mencoder (CLI) but I can't seem to get the FLV to contain the 2nd video track (the overlays). Is there someone here with some advanced knowledge of ffmpeg or mencoder that might could shed some light on converting this QT movie with two video tracks into a FLV with both video tracks intact (or maybe just both video tracks merged into a single video track would be fine.
