I use SUPER to convert my ripped DVDs to use on an Ipod. However it only converts the VTS files and not the files that link them as one video, so I have to back up and play each file separately on the Ipod 6 or seven times or more. Is there a way to merge them using SUPER so that the video plays thru to the end? If not, will VOB2MPG work and what order should I process the video in (VOB2MPG then SUPER or vice-versa)? Thanks.

I am assuming you are referring to the VOB files.

You can use VOBMerge to join the VOB files into a single file and then used SUPER to convert it into your preferred format.
    Everyone lies.

The innocent lie because they don't want to be blamed for something they didn't do, and the guilty lie because they don't have any other choice.

VOB2MPG has the advantage that it will also separate multi-title VTS, where the titles might span individual VOBs. If you use VOB2MPG, the you use it before you encode with SUPER.
