Hi,
Could you please put your SUP file to a file sharing site and post the link in this forum and I'll have a look.
Cheers

OK, I had a look.
SUP files can be of 3 types: SD types (PAL or NTSC), Blu-Ray types and HD-DVD types. Most of the tools that open SUP files only accept SD types. SubtitleCreator can open HD-DVD SUP files but not Blu-Ray SUP files. This is your problem as your SUP file is a Blu-Ray SUP file.
VobSub format (sub/idx) is a SD format. The only way to convert a HD-DVD subtitle file to VobSub is using SubtitleCreator. It will downsample it to SD resolution and decrease its number of colors to 4 and allow to export it as sub/idx. However it can't currently open Blu-Ray Sup files.
Cheers

so i wait a new tool that convert the sup bluray in dix and sub because there aren't a way at the moment ?
thank u for the help -
Hi,
I'm having the same problem.
The .sup file extracted from Blue-Ray Disk can't be converted to .idx/.sub using Subtitle Creator.
Is there any other program I could use to convert .sup to .idx/.sub? -
u can with this: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=145277
