Seek Failed

I am using Any DVD Converter to convert DVD files. I have successfully converted 3 movies. One other movie I cannot convert. When the application reads the DVD in preparation to encode, the message "seek failed on an unnamed file" is presented. Can you help?

I've never used the tool. You don't have any specs in your post, but if you are converting from DVD to avi, try using AutoGK. It has the best quality of the tools that I've tested.

Otherwise, I suspect the disc isn't ripping properly (assuming you have to RIP the DVDs before conversion). If not, you likely have a dirty/scratched dvd or your burner is having read issues.
