Thanks to the step by step instructions given to me by guns 1 inger (thank you thank you!) I managed to convert my WMA file to avi on the windows movie maker program. Downloaded DVD Flick and was able to make a DVD that actually played on the DVD player!! The DVD ran smoothly all the way through until the end where I had a series of titles that played in succession. When I burned the video onto a CD, the tltle clips played smoothly. On the DVD, they would display half the message, stop go black for a second or so then proceed to the next title clip where it would repeat the same thing. I used the "typewriter" animation text. Can anyone tell me why this happened? Thanks

By "titles" do you mean video clips or text? Sounds like DVD Flick didn't make a fully compliant DVD disc or (if the disc is full) you have low quality media or a media the player doesn't like. Have you tried playing the DVD on your PC?

It is text. I used an Imation DVD + RW (4X, 2 hr). I used a DVD that needed to be erased first. I played the DVD on my PC too. It does the same thing as it does in the DVD player. As I was watching the burn progress I did notice a message that said there wasn't enough room or something to that effect, but it continued to burn anyway. Maybe that was the problem?

Disc type shouldn't make any difference as long as it is a type supported by your DVD player. Since it also isn't working in the PC, it likely doesn't meet the DVD spec or is a result of the burn error.
