    Hi,

    I have a DVD (from www.straightrazorplace.com) that I'd like to upload portions of it to YouTybe.. I'm pretty new to all image work.. The files on the DVD seem to be in .VOB format. I've tried Virtual Dub Mod, and used Save As and picked AVI.. But the files are much much larger the the original DVD file.. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Use a compression in virtualdubmod, under video->compression and choose divx codec or xvid codec. Install them if they aren't listed.
