How to extract .bmp from .vob

I want to save the menu images of my dvd and i don't know how to do in order to extract bmp files from vob files

Only way I could do it once when i tried was open dvd menu... print screen..save as bmp

thanks, but i think there is a software which can do that ? (like TMPGEnc but it doesn't work very well!!)

I am not sure of the method you are using to rip. I use DVD2AVI and use the following method to get my menu images.
Open the vts_xx_0.vob file in DVD2AVI and save the d2v project.
I convert this to avi with vfapi plugin.
Open this vfapi-avi in VirtualDub.
Move the slider to the frame I wish to capture and use Video-> Copy SourceFrame to clipboard.
Open PaintshopPro or even MSPaint and paste the image.
Save as bmp.
