    In the output settings, i can see the button called Plug Settings, but when i click on it, nothing happens. Nothing comes up. What is that for? I tried many times and it really doesnt pop up anything

    Also, DVDx use CCE like DVD2SVCD for better encoding? If so, how?

    When you have Premiere Plugins installed in the DVDx folder, you will have the ability to select external plugins such as: Xing / Panasonic / CCE / LSX and VideoServer and others.
