    Does the PDV-0700 able to read PAL dvds and output them in ntsc both to the built in screen and to a regular tv screen?

    It's a Polaroid portable dvd player. It's been out for a few years I believe.

    In the US maybe. The last thing with the Polariod brand name on it sold in Europe was a camera that developed it's own pictures.
