Before, when I was running W2K SP4, VirtualDub worked beautifully.
Now that I have upgraded to XP Pro SP2, it still does -- except for one small issue.
When I have everything set up for a capture from VHS, I start the capture... and the video display goes black. Stop the capture, and it reappears.
The capture is still working beautifully -- very, very few dropped frames, audio and video are synced nicely. It would just be nice to be able to watch the video that I'm capturing in real time like I used to be able to.
Using an AIW 9800 Pro, Catalyst 8.3 drivers, MMC 8.5, VirtualDub 1.7.8.
Is there a setup step for VirtualDub that I missed or forgot about? "Capture --> Hide Display on Capture" is not checked, though it appears that this is exactly what is happening.
Any help would be greatly appreciated; thanks...
