Nero & Authored DVD Files Problem

I have just authored my dvd files with Ulead Movie Factory and the simulation mode works perfectly...
However when I create the video folders etc (Video_ts & Audio_ts) and I try to burn them with Nero the finished product never works on a standalone dvd player...
I have followed the instructions on authoring on the main page of this site and it still doesnt work?
has anyone any ideas on what could be wrong

NERO DOES NOT BURN DVD VIDEO FILES!!!! ONLY DVD DATA FILES.
TRY ANOTHER DVD BURNER

I have no problem to burn a DVD movie on a DVD+rw with Nero.
Works perfect on standalone players.
