    What do you want to do with it ?

    If it is for DVD, resize to 720 x 480, encode at 25 fps, then use DGPulldown to make your player play it back at 29.970 fps, just like an NTSC disc. This approach keeps the audio in sync without having to alter the running time.

    How will the files be used? If you are only using them on the PC, there is no need to convert anything.
