  1. hello,

im want to make a dvd with more hours than usual, i did some filterin with plugins i know but i guess they only work when u start with a bad source but no when u want to compress a perfect shape one

i was wonderin if u could recommend some avisynth plugins to push the hours when dealin with dvdrip sources, some for toon and others for normal footage would be nice

excellent if u could add some startin settings but with names only ill be fine, i can research how to fit them to my need

    thanks a lot n saluts

Just encode with a lower bitrate. How many hours do you want to put on a DVD? The quality decreases along with the bitrate.

You can also try 1/2 D1 format if you want to put more video on a DVD. Look to 'WHAT IS' DVD to the upper left on this page for that and the DVD specifications, format and structure. You have to adhere to that if you want it to play back on a set top player.
