  1. I am having severe problems de-muxing my mpeg files. I have used each de-muxer I can get my hands on and each one has the same problem: when extracting the audio part, the new file is way too fast - it doesn't matter which format I save it in.

I'm using Win2k on a P4 1800 (or could it be that my system is too fast ??)

P.S.: I have used the search facility of this forum to see if someone else has had this problem - have spent 2 hrs searching - nothing!!

Try TMPGEnc (MPEG Tools) to de-mux and re-mux

  3. I have tried TMPGEnc from version 1.2 to 2.51

The main problem is that the audio file created via de-muxing is too fast in speed
