My Philips DVP-642 just died and I was wondering if anyone knows of any other brands besides Philips that will plav AVIs on multisession DVD-RW disks. In other worlds, you can put a file on it, play it, add another, play it, etc until the disk is full. I know this also works on the Philips DVP5982, but I wanted to check out other options if there are any.
