Region hack for the Muji PDV 1?

I am wondering if there is a region hack for the Muji PDV 1 Dvd Player. really appreciate the help. Didnt know where to put this request im new to the site.

Not all players can be hacked. Any known hacks would be in the DVD Hacks section.

A quick Google search would seem to indicate this player cannot be hacked.

If your player can't be made region free, a backup of a DVD is always region free, so it's just a matter of backing up your wrong region disk to DVD-R.

We get so many of this kind of question that we probably should have a sticky about it.

As Krispy Kritter says, not all players can be "hacked". Even for those that can be put into multi-region mode, working hacks may fail on later production runs of the model due to hardware changes made by the manufacturer. Or put another way, DVD player model X by company Y may have a hack that works fine today, but the next month they change the hardware on the unit and the people who buy the new players find out that the hack doesn't work at all for them, even though it worked fine for you.
