When I downloaded Boris FX continuum complete to C drive where premiere pro is installed, but it makes premiere pro performance slow.
Can I download to D drive instead of C drive for faster performance??

It would make a difference only if you are out of disk space on C. Better to move Premiere Pro's scratch disk (cache) off the OS drive. Check to see if Boris FX uses a separate cache an move that off the C: drive as well.

Premiere Pro scratch disk settings are under "preferences".

Yes always place cache to partitions separate from the OS drive as a first step.

I found out that I already setup caches in D drive. But it is still slow
So I checked caches file. It is about 55mb. Shuld I clean everything in cache file for faster performance?

Your effect is rendered to the cache file for preview. These files can get very large depending on what you are doing. Each element of the composite is separately rendered. They get encoded to project format as a composite when you export. I keep 10's of GB available on the "scratch" disc for effects intensive work.
