OK so this is something which i'm sure has been asked often enough, but how do you grab the rest of the DVD features? Or is it at all possible?

For example, the Bonus Material - which almost always comes with DVD's - if only in the form of theatrical trailers, and right up to the "Alternative Ending", and "Making Of...".

Is there perhaps a plug-in for the Ripper. I currently use Smart Ripper.
