Windows 2000 SP4
I do not know what caused it. There are many of them in the .doc, .txt, .xls extensions
example: filename(149398743344324A).doc
I do not know if this is related but this is what happened before that. I installed a trial software but it did not work so I uninstalled it using Revo Uninstaller. Then, Outlook always froze and Sygate Firewall won't open even I twice reinstalled it. So, I replaced the config system files with the backups. The OS, Outlook and the Firewall seem to work normal now except for that 16 characters.
