I am new to Virtualdub, which I know how to compress an avi file by going to video/compression/divx and then save as avi, but I can only do that with one avi file at a time. so, how do I compress multiple avi files with virtualdub? thx.

At the bottom of your SAVE AS window, there is a checkbox to put the file into a queue rather than running it immediately. Repeat this for each of the files you want to convert.

When all files have been added to the queue, go to FILE - JOB CONTROL (or press F4), and START the jobs in the queue running!
