TDA problem of GOP

using tda v.3 0 8 158. can anybody tell me how to get the gop closed when encoding? I get error message when i take the encoded files to dvdlab. lab says open GOPs have found.... get the gops closed in your encoder. where in the tda software can i find the option to close the gop? thanks in advance.
