I see this mentioned several times before with no apparent resolution, but the Fourcc descriptor - even in the latest version 0.0.9y - is still coming out as the older 'divx' (lower case) for DivX files and 'xvid' (lower case) for XviD files.
This baffles quite a few media player applications on both Windows and OSX platforms, and I'm having to use DivX Tool to correct the descriptors every time to the newer (and these days more universally accepted) 'DX50' (upper case) for DivX files and 'XVID' (upper case) for XviD files.
