Have you tried ripping in "Movie Only" mode with DVDFab Decrypter to see what happens? If you have several episodes/programs, just rip them individually and then reauthor a disc later.

  2. I have finally managed to rip the first few VOBs although I am having problems with those (Audio). I still cannot recover the whole DVD. I am going to re-record all my programs again on just a plain DVDr. I will hang onto this DVD+RW just in case someone comes up with a new idea for me or wants to give a try at it. It really frustrates me though running across something that is "uncopyable". Even though I have done a whole lot of copying, decrypting, demultiplexing, capturing, etc. I posted this in the newbie section cuz so far it is making a newbie out of me all over again. So far I have read till me eyes are bloodshot and cannot figure this thing out.First time I've truly given up!.

    I haven't.

I'll try ripping it that way to see what happens. I have about 10, 22 minute programs on the disc. It might be easier to rip them individually, but I'll have to study up on authoring them and stuff like that, since I'm still a newbie at this kind of stuff (I just started burning off the PC just last month).

I just find it weird that its not ripping the disc correctly now, but like a week ago, it was ripping my other DVD-RW disc just fine.

It's been a while and I figured I'd throw out one more idea out there. Maybe see if FixVTS does the trick.
