    I'm thinking about "upgrading" my Dish Network to their HD service,but I'm wondering if the signal quality is any better than their regular signal. The regular signal is plagued with motion macro-blocking and other all to visible artifacts.
    Is their HD signal any better?

    Is you dish pointed correctly? What signal and quality levels are you getting?
