I've got a new PVR-150 TV Tuner card, and it seems to work great with Windows Media Center. When I record a TV show (in DVR-MS format), it plays fine in the Media Center software, and in Windows Media Player. However, when I convert the video to MPEG format (using ffMpeg) or to WMV format (using DVD2WMV), I get this 2-pixel tall noise at the top edge of the display. I suspect it may be in the DVR-MS file, and Windows Media Player is not showing it.
Is there a tweak I can set in Windows Media Center to get rid of this pixel noise? Or, is there something I can set with my PVR-150 card to fix this?
Thanks,
Cohoman
