Sorry guys but anyone has problem with this hardware when you wanna see a new BLURAY disc with BD+ protection?

Because my experience was that all bluray film works, whereas for example The Simpson the movie (with BD+) doesn't work...

    any idea?

..........as MJA suggested - look for newer firmware.

With HD DVD and Blu-ray video players firmware updates are to be expected because the players are constantly evolving and are built around a DRM scheme (AACS) that can be "updated" in the event that a hack is found. Blu-ray goes one step further and adds another layer of anti-copy technology known as BD+.

What playback software are you using to play Blu Ray.

Have your updated your software to the latest version and checked for updates.

Do you have AnyDVD HD installed.

Ive read on another forum there is a conflict between AnyDVD HD and discs with BD+. Try disabling AnyDVD HD.
