I hate to be a wet blanket, but I HATE Neo-Modus with a violent passion. It's a throwback to old FTP means of file transfer (read: can't get in, too many users, please try again later)... also hate it because it IS a chat program! I don't like having to ASK people anything. I simply like the approach of share and share alike (i.e. Grokster, Morpheus, Gnutella).

Neo-Modus is just too #$$^@&# confusing. It's hard to connect to anyone, then if you finally do (after lots of wasted time) then you pretty much need to have friends on there or you'll see nothing in the way of files.
