Hi,
I have emialed Blockbuster several times and they never email me
back and I am a current member?
I can't find a Customer Service phone number on there website?
My question was are they going to keep the HD DVD's they have on
hand and get any new ones.
I called Netflix they said they will keep the one's they have on
hand and phase them out towards the end of the year

Call BLOCKBUSTER Rewards Customer Care at 1-800-406-6843 during the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Central, Monday thru Friday. This phone number is exclusively for Blockbuster Rewards customers and does not support the Blockbuster Total Access program.
Not certain if this can help - came off BB site.

blockbuster... the last time i was in there, i threatened to break the "twigboy" in half that was the "manager" for jerking me around over $3.00!!!!!!!!
And that was at least 6 years ago.... Family Video, which is closer to me & less than 1/2 a mile from my house, have alway's rented dvd's & video games for much less than BlockBuster 8)
Look up the number to your local BlockBuster near your home and maybe you will get some monkey lacky stickboy that might have a clue

You don't haveto be a ass about it.... didn't know where else to put it. Besides HD DVD Dead is not latest news too. It was just official notification no big news or surprise there.....

Only one studio has pledged to continue releasing HD-DVD and they are only releasing what was already scheduled through May (I believe). Since I imagine you are a HD-DVD player owner, I would suggest buying any movies that you like and put them in your collection. You should be able to get them fairly cheap. Otherwise, just bite the bullet and move on to Blu-Ray. By late this year, I imagine all of the studios will be releasing all new titles and the popular catalog titles.

However, PLEASE try and speak to the Store Manager (not the manager on duty) before calling. Most customers jump the gun and phone head office when it can easily be resolved at store level. -
