    I haven't got it solved, either. Until I can get past that TMP file I mentioned in an earlier post, I seriously doubt I will ever get it to work. And even if I get that file issue straightened out, I know there's no guarantee it will work but at least I'd be further along than I am now.

    I just dont understand why they cant fix the problem... when I bought this, it said VISTA on the package... maybe I should demand my money back... grr...
