    I want to capture from a VHS to DVD using a plextor convertx (mx-m402u). Can someone recommened some software. I am looking at nero or ulead. I need to capture then convert to dvd.

    Hello,
    I used to have a ConvertX M402U and for DVD I found it worked pretty well with NeroVision Express. Since it captures in both MPEG-2 and DivX it can be used with many programs for DivX (VirtualDub, CaptureFlux etc.) but for MPEG-2 I had the best luck with Nero, though I would suggest you use other programs to do any Editing and DVD Authoring.

    I went to nero and didnt see NeroVision Express listed for sale. Do you know what version I should get from them..for the px-m402u? for capture and convert.
