  1. I'm trying to convert a bunch of .mov files from a playstation disc on my computer. The files were invisible on the disc at first, so I had to select view all files in folder options to see them, so now I see them, but the problem is I can't get them to play with ANY video player I try. Any recommendations? I'd also like to convert these .mov files to a more user friendly format as well, but if that's out of the question then im considering just using FRAPS to screen record.

So if anyone could point me in the direction of a program that will at least PLAY these files, that would help.

  3. That's what I don't get. I tryied quicktime and its like "unknown file format"

I'm guessing that theres some kind of special restriction on them. I'd like to figure out a way around it and be able to play these beasts. I'll try your suggestion. Thanks.
